Clinical Pharmacology : Levamisole is rapidly absorbed as carried to all parts of the body. The drug is excreted mainly through faeces and urine within twelve hours. Oxyclozanide after absorption reaches in high concentration in the liver, kidney and intestines.- Levamisole : Effective against all stage of round worms & lung worms.
- Oxyclozanide: Effective against adult & larvae stages of liver fluke & segments of tape worms.
